hey guy i was just wondering on something... when i go into a vietnamese store i've seem many video opera show... but why do they alway dress in chinese ancient clothes... i have this question to ask ever since i was a little girl... i watch them whenever i go to my aunt house... gosh, i don't even understand it biggrin.gif just like to watch something different when i was small.

yup... VN has been a vessel of China numerous times during history... before the french came in and changed the language, vietnamese used to be in a character format (also known as "viet han") - but the French came in and changed the system over to anglo letters.
