Here the official way of addressing other people often used in serious political meetings of international affairs between Canadians who have just learnt Vietnamese:
1) Younger female - tỷ muội 2) Gourp of both older and younger femals - pà kong kô bác 3) Female that is older than your parents - bà chằng 4) Unknown aged female - con mụ
For example - a typical negotiation on trade development:
1st person) Ờ... kín chào pà kong kô bác! 2nd person) ̀... bà chằng này làm ǵ đến đây chả hiểu nó nói một chữ ǵ cả. 1st person) II ỳa... tỷ muội hỏng nói tiếng diệc dỏi nhưng thấy các chú Diệc Nam đẹp trai ghê! 2nd person) Trời trời.. cứu ta với! Con mụ này khiếp quá!
JK
1) younger than you - em 2) older than you - chị 3) older than your parents generation - bác gái 4) older than your grandparents generation - bà cụ 5) near your age but unknown if older or younger - cô (common courtesy term) 6) in between #2 and #3 - cô

Not yet, bro. However, I've read something called 'Ṿng Tay Học Tṛ', probably the same type.
