Ive heard similar stories from my lao friends in campus. Their dad went back to laos and married a younger lao girl, who was about 23 and the man was like 49. He brought her back to the states too. Just unbelievable.

Viet Kieu are more likely to stay with Viet in comparison to Vietnamese immigrants even though Viet Kieu is in a diverse environment. Its true!
