These pictures are nice but they are still old, the latest is 2001 and even that was three years ago! The Saigon skyline is significantly different now and by 2007, we should see metropolis popping up everywhere.
Here's Phu My Hung, one of the "do^ thi." that is progressing quite nicely:
Each metropolis will have a combination of regular houses, villas and apartment buildings for housing. There will also be elementary schools, supermarket, hospital and bank within the neighborhood for each metropolis, so it's like a city within a city. I think Ha Noi might be building more of these kinds of residency in comparison to Sai Gon.
