I heard those traditional vietnamese buns are VERY bad for you but I could never find the nutritional info. to back it up. Does anyone else know about this?

HAHAHA first i thought it was the BUNS BUNS but lol Bun? as in like Bun Bo Hue? O_o if about that.. i really dont know what they are made up but it's rice noodles. why would they are bad for you O_O!
