Alright, I see that there has been a few exchanges between the members of ASEAN, so the main point of ASEAN of AF is to:

(i) to accelerate the economic growth, social progress and cultural development in the region through joint endeavours in the spirit of equality and partnership in order to strengthen the foundation for a prosperous and peaceful community of Southeast Asian nations, and (ii) to promote regional peace and stability through abiding respect for justice and the rule of law in the relationship among countries in the region and adherence to the principles of the Asia Finest.

In other words, no more bashing of the following cultures in this forum:

Vietnam
Thailand
Singapore
Philippines
Myanmar
Malaysia
Laos
Indonesia
Cambodia
Brunei

And if another culture attacks one of the members of ASEANAF, that is a declaration of war on all of ASEANAF. If a member of an ASEANAF culture attacks another member of ASEANAF, that member/culture will be severly punished by other members.

I hereby declare the creation of ASEANAF on this day the 17th of May, 2004.
