yep!!! life in the delta is relaxing - i am grew up there/ but commies export everying and now our people is starving

people there are poor but they aren't starving, and the infrastructure improves a lot these days

Ngu ơi là ngu. Export brings in money. Duh. The farmers only sell their farming products to who can pay the highest price. Some state owned companies are facing supply shortage because they can't afford to pay as high as the importers.
