(Đài Loan - VNN) Tình trạng về các cô dâu ở Đài Loan hiện nay có thể tóm tắt như sau:

Con số cô dâu Đài Loan hiện lên đến khoảng 100 ngàn. Đa số từ miền Nam, nhất là các tỉnh miền Tây như An Giang, Sóc Trăng, Gò Công... Trình độ học vấn rất thấp. Hoàn cảnh gia đình nghèo, khó khăn. Tuổi từ 20 đến 30. Đã qua Đài Loan từ 1 năm cho đến 5, 6 năm.

Ngoại trừ 1 vài cô dâu thoát ra được và đến gặp các Linh Mục để xin giúp đỡ, tất cả các cô dâu mà người ta có thể gặp được tương đối là "may mắn" (vì được ra ngoài, được đi làm...). Đây là thành phần thiểu số trong số 100 ngàn cô dâu, còn đa số đều bị giữ trong nhà và rất khó để gặp và tiếp xúc.

Tâm lý chung cho biết: tất cả ra đi vì quá nghèo, đa số lấy chồng như 1 cuộc đổi chác với ý định sau 4 năm có giấy tờ thường trú sẽ ly dị và ra riêng. Nhưng dù thế nào, trong mọi tình huống, họ đều không muốn trở về lại Việt Nam.

Riêng về các "chú rễ" Đài Loan và cách đối xử với cô dâu:

Nói chung, những người Đài Loan bình thường đa số không ai muốn lấy vợ người Việt, nhưng những kẻ muốn làm "chú rễ" thì hầu hết đều thuộc vào các thành phần: già, tàn tật, nghèo, thổ dân, làm biếng, sống bám vào xã hội. Tình trạng đối xử của những người chồng Đài Loan kiểu này thì dù có kẻ thực lòng muốn xây dựng gia đình, các cô dâu Việt vẫn lâm vào những cảnh khó khăn như: không được ra ngoài tiếp xúc với nhiều người, làm việc rất nhiều trong gia đình chồng vì chú rễ già, nghèo, tàn tật, sợ vợ ra ngoài sẽ theo người khác bởi họ biết rõ ý định và tình cảm của các cô dâu đối với họ thế nào.

Riêng các cô dâu được ra ngoài đi làm thì đa số hoặc là để kiếm tiền thêm cho gia đình chồng, hoặc để dùng vào việc săn sóc người bị tàn tật, bị bệnh thần kinh trong gia đình. Nói 1 cách khác là đi làm không công.

Cũng có những kẻ lấy vợ để vừa thỏa mãn sinh lý vừa có thêm 1 người ở đợ phục vụ cho cả gia đình. Truyền hình Đài Loan đã có lần đưa ra trường hợp: cả làng hơn 30 người đàn ông lấy 1 cô. Đây là 1 dịch vụ đang được khai thác bởi những gia đình trung lưu có người thân bị tật nguyền: tại ĐL, mướn 1 người đến chăm sóc kẻ bị tật nguyền tốn khoảng 2000 đô 1 tháng. Chỉ cần bỏ ra 6000, họ có thể huề vốn trong 3 tháng và sau đó vừa có người hầu hạ suốt đời vừa có người thỏa mãn nhu cầu sinh lý.

Ngoài ra, còn có những cô dâu bị lừa cưới sang nhưng rồi bị đưa vào những ổ điếm. Có trường hợp cô dâu chạy thoát đến được Văn Phòng Kinh Tế Đài Bắc của VC nhưng rồi cũng bị người chồng (trên danh nghĩa) và nhóm xã hội đen tới to tiếng, bắt đi và không ai làm được gì. Có những thiếu nữ 1 ngày đã phải phục vụ 15-20 người khách.

Thảm nạn cô dâu Đài Loan vẫn còn đang tiếp tục do những cơ cấu lưu manh của xã hội Đài Loan với sự đồng lõa của nhà nước CSVN để khai thác thân xác người phụ nữ vốn hiền lành nhưng nghèo khổ ở Việt Nam.

Một tờ quảng cáo dán trên góc tường, giống như hàng ngàn tờ quảng cáo cô dâu Việt Nam khác trên khắp Đài Loan đã có nội dung "khốn kiếp" được tạm dịch như sau:

Cô dâu Việt Nam: chỉ cần 200 nghìn, lấy về trong vòng 3 tháng.

Đảm bảo 4 điều:

- Còn trinh nguyên.

- Lấy về trong vòng 3 tháng.

- Không tăng giá.

- Trong 1 năm, nếu bỏ trốn sẽ đền 1 người.

The Vietnamese government publicly warned Vietnamese women about marrying Taiwanese citizens, and has tightened marriage procedures. And the Filipino government requires its Filipina citizens to take a series of courses before it allows these Filipinas to marry Taiwanese. The word is getting around.

I would personally want that citizens from countries that have a track record of abusing Vietnamese women be required to put up a significant deposit in Vietnam, which will be made available to the wife upon dissolution of the marriage. In addition, the groom agrees in writing to allow Vietnamese embassy personnel to visit the wife at any time without the groom being present.

it ain't going to happen. lots of these women are poor. they will jump at the first few dollars that are shown to them. it's same with the government. give them a few dollars and they will look the other way. this is just the facts of life. the strongs bully the weaks and the rich exploits the poor. vietnamese need to become rich so we can exploit other poor asians.

you are right. chinese people are smart. they would never do that kind of stuff to their fellow chinese. taiwanese and mainlanders are both chinese so it unlikely that something like that happens.

To stop this kind of abusing Vietnamese girls by some Taiwan men, could the Vietnamese government stop Taiwanese from getting Vietnamese brides ? Of course they could, but then corrupted government officials would lose money in this profitable business, also the communist government would be accused with violating human rights, restricting freedom,etc... so they said wtf, you are poor and you've got a daughter to sell? fine, go ahead and sell your daughter for $6,000 (quite a handsome amount of money to Vietnamese standard) and you the Taiwanese, you want to get some Viet girl?, fine go ahead, just pay some money to Govern officials. I agree with you except the "VC revenge" part. The mistreatments of Viet girls by some of the Taiwanese because some of these Taiwanese are just "no good people". anyone who treats another like that is just wrong.
They look down on these girls because there are poor, not Taiwanese, away from home, etc... but that does not mean they can abuse these girls like that. To me, this is just another way of women/girls trafficking right in front of CSVN nose. They should shut down all these "Viet bride dating" services down in Vietnam and making it illegal. Its degrading and misleading! I read there's a daily bus taking girls from the countryside to the city for the these Taiwaneses/Koreans to pick. CSVN isn't doing enough or not doing anything at all. and the ppl couldn't do much either because there is no freedom of free or organization in Vietnam. Imagine there are talk shows on TV and many non profit organizations out there helping these poor folks!

also, about the girl's choice. She has no choice. I don't think her marriage to foreigner is her decision. Mostly likely, its the parents. Her parents/family will get the money, not her. They are too poor and have no other choice. I don't blame on the girl totally.

sad that there are ppl in Vietnam spending million on gambling while others gave up their life to feed their family. sad that there are ppl exploiting the poor, the helpless. sick !
