I'll go for goi sua (jellyfish salad). Goi tom and goi du du theo kieu Thailand are my fav too.

I tried goi du du, goi sua already. For those goi ca chua and goi buoi, have never tried. How's the taste? Do you know how to make it?

well, for goi ca chua, u use ca chua xanh and thi heo luoc... it taskes watery and cool.... for goi buoi, u use grapefruit, squid, and mango... it takes a lot better after u put it in the fridge then the grapefruit gets kinda juicer.. iono.. both tastes yummy tho..

it sounds good, I should try sometimes. I think I will replace pork by beef. I don't like pork much, I am Islamite (j/k)
