y do viets have this fob mentality? it seems like viets,even american born ones are so fob and refused to be americanized

throughout my elementary,middle, and highschool yrs.... the viet kids always hung out w/other viets and always spoke viet. i rarely saw viet kids socializing with other races(blacks,whites,hispanics) not to brag, but the cambodian kids were more popular and social. at my school, it was common to see at least one white/black/hispanic person hanging out with a group of cambodians. I personally didnt want to hang out w/viet cuz they were too dorky and embarrassing. i even met black,white,and hispanic girls who always say, " the only azns i like are cambodian dudes", and how "chinese/viet/korean guys are too funny lookin." not to brag but cambos arent as goofy lookin like the the stereotypical azns(chinese/viet/korean/japanese)

viets are very comical. your looks are laughable.. u viets are VERY loud and embarrassing in public. i'm glad to be khmer-american cuz khmer-american youth are more americanized than other azns. I always see viets getting picked on and laughed at.

No I don't troll I respond to the unintelligent comments made against my race by Khmers. Funny they just call me names and never respond to what I say because they simply cannot argue against fact. Simple things these Khmers are.

no, i doubt the khmer-american younger generations give a $hit. Its most likely they're pissed off because we're better off then most of them. I mean im vietnamese american and my parents are of the older generation that don't really like the communist vietnam, but i don't give a fu-k if vietnam is communist or not.
