I don't believe about the VN claime that they come from South VN. Because the South VN Land was belonging to KhmerKromLand. The VN had more power to occupy the KhmerKromLand is now call "South VN" They were executed and exteminated the Khmers who were lived in South VN!!! The South VN is not VN country. Their Government robbed our KhmerKromLand...

But i do believe that some VN came from Hanoi and some of them came from a small part land of Chinese...The Chinese kitched them from there!!...If you all really want to know free asking to the Khmers!!! What Vietnamese people is he talking about. The one's that left? or does he mean the ancient orgins of the Vietnamese people. The original settlers of the Vietnam region were mainly from China, Cambodia, and Indonesia. But that was a millenia ago.
But i'd say that in every case Vietnamese people come from the same place we all come from...inside our mothers.

vn people were people from the mountains of china.. we were sort of like mongols but in china.. we went south to invade what is now vietnam.. vn back then was owned by the chams and the khmers... we killed almost all the chams and left them with a tiny little land.. we were quite cruel to the chams.. the khmers withdrew...from there we took over the land... i think because we were so cruel to the natives of vn that vn is in an endless suffer of foreign invasion and bad governments... i learned this information from watching a video about vn history.
