That determines true success not looks by itself. Miss Vietnam USA should represent all the elements. If you want a contest based on look alone try the Play Boy Pagent. It's not about character then. It's about mold, curves, and robustness, all the most carnal and basest elements of human nature.

pagent is now just about the outside look you know. It about how big of a brain the girl got, its about her talent, its about how she carries herself and its certainly about how good her parent can bride the judges. LoLz in some cases only.

Medical records. If you won and they find out, they can sue you and stripe your title away. Remember you sign an agreement when you enter as a contestant. A Northern California Pagent winner got her title taken away because in the past she she had posed nude on the internet. It's amazing how these things can leak out.
