Well before the 1960's Vietnam to America was just another place on the other side of the world. By the late 1970's it was a world that would never be forgotten.

For me, beautiful Viet Nam would translate to young Vietnamese students in their white ao dais.

I think the most romantic phase a Vietnamese person go through is "Tuoi Hoc Tro", and those white ao dais cannot describe it any better.

There's a website called www.tuoihoctro.com, and there are bunch of Vietnamese high school students in it. It's pretty cool, but I don't know what to write in there though. They use too much Vietnamese slang terms.

Well, I don't know what to write in there, they're all using words like:

wa = qua
choài = trời

How am I supposed to understand? Why can't they just use simple Da Nang language? Heheheeh....

I would refrain too, regular Vietnamese is difficult enough, let alone slang? Yikes. Thanks for the site Tuan, I'll check it out nonetheless.

I've never been to any other place in vietnam except Saigon and Vung Tau (Vung Tau is very near to Saigon though) icon_sad.gif

But again, I think Saigon is the most beautiful city in vietnam (but not as historic as Hanoi), and Vung Tau has very beautiful beach. icon_wink.gif
