The girl in each pic looks nothing alike. The girl in the second pic looks a lot older and I don't think she's Viet since she's sitting on the ground at a lowered table instead of on a chair... typical of Koreans.

I had seen a lot of vietnamese sit on the floor in Vietnam as well. I don't think Korean or Japanese are the only sit on the floor. I haven't seen any Chinese sit on the floor, but I had seen Vietnamese, Korean and Japanese.

2nd girl looks korean, and not because of the face. Look at what she is wearing. Koreans usually wear that style inside their home or outside. It is more typical among older koreans say around 30-40 years old. Plus vietnamese would not be wearing a sweater since it's so hot in Vietnam.
