Hello,

My brother and I have ritual where we go out to eat at different places every Friday. This week I chose Vietnamese. I was looking for spring rolls in the appetizer section of the menu and saw "Coi Cuang". I was a bit puzzled because in another Vietnamese restaurant in Texas it is spelt out as "Gi Cong". Is there a correct way of spelling it or does it depend on the person who wrote up the menu?

Another question. Is Pho a breakfast dish? It was 7PM and I wasn't sure so I ordered Bahn Hoi instead. *Thumbs Up*

Whoops I'm sorry I meant to put this in the Vietnamese Chat section.

Ahmmm... I don't know any of the foods that you're talking about. The only name I can read is "pho." And pho is considered breakfast, dinner, lunch, whenever you feel like eating. Good luck in finding your Vietnamese foods.

PS. Wrong section, by the way.

I'm not sure but maybe it was a differnt type of spring roll with different stuffing so they gave it a different name?... Just a guess.

About the pho, I don't nessarily a breakfast dish. You can eat it morning, afternoon, night, it doesn't matter.
