I definately like Fish Sauce and it can almost get addicting. Anything related to seafood is on my plus list. But for fish sauce you either like it or hate it: Alot of western people says it smells like a woman's privates.

Here is one of the other name for fish sause that my whitenese friend called it. He called it "WET DOG", and he loves it. But the worse of fish sause is "Mam Nem", that is one of the worst kind of wet dog, but it goes good with some of the food too. For fish sause, if you do this, it will go good with any kind of rice or noodle.
1 or 2 chilly peper (thai's pepper) or even more if you like it spicy.
2table spoon of sugar
2 piece of garlic (again, depend on how much you like garlic)
1/8 of lemon (fresh one to get juice)
put sugar, pepper, garlic into a little bowl (smack them real good) add lemom juice in, mix it up good, then add wet dog in, mix them good again, then you will have a tasteful sause can go along with any kind of rice or blank noodle. We Vietnamese uses fish sauce almost on any food, and i love it.

I can still remember the last dry squish I had...god it was perfection. Dip it in Oil and salt or the sauce you eat with pho...ahhh...mouth watering.
Now there's no more sadly. I'll have to wait til someone go back to vietnam to get me some. The stuff you get in the supermarket is no substitute for the real squid dried whole.

darn, you know how to eat brotha, try this one out if you have a chance, use a little fish sause, add a little red pepper, then add a little lemon (fresh one), mix them up, then deep that dry squish in it, you will taste the sweetness out of that squish (whishkey or beer go with it, that tha shiet)..(i personally dont' drink, but i do that for my friends and they loves it.)
