What's the difference between Châu Á and Châu âu?

Châu Á = Asia
Châu Âu = Europe

That means Europe? I thought Châu Âu would mean something like Northern Asia or Southern or Western Asia.

You can try to find an on line dictionary which most Viet sites got or better buy one - most Vietnamese people have at least one. I have several.

YOu could use them on the other the way around too ...

A' Chau^=Asia
Phi Chau^=Africa
Uc' Chau^=Australia
My~ Chau^=America
etc..

Yeah, but those words are less popular, because the reverse order is un-Viet, they're chinese.

I was wondering why everyone was saying it backwards from how I say it.
