Asians tend to have poker-straight eyelashes. I only know two Asians who have naturally curly ones. Does anyone else here have that feature? If you do then I envy you.

i always hear people say if you trim your kid's eyelashes when s/he's still a baby, it'll grow thicker and longer

Eye lashes are too short to even be significant.

mine r long and curly...girls always comment my eyes. i used to be a little self-conscious when i was younger cuz i didn't like the idea of having girly eyes, but girls notice it and like it, so i don't really care anymore.

mine aren't poker straight ~ they have a slight curl

mine curl slightly upwards. you can try those heated eyelash curlers if you don't like your straight ones that much.

My eye lashes are long and they curl. I guess women would love to have my eye lashes :P

i hate my lashes!! they're super short and straight, sometimes, they look like they're curling downwards instead. grrr!!!

Not really...the two Asian girls I know who have long curly eyelashes are pure Korean (or as pure as you can get anyway ).


Yeah, it was intended for Asians, hence the "I'm not Asian" option. Sorry, long curly eyelashes aren't as special among non-Asians.

My little cousin has long curly lashes.

they're curly but i don't think anyone actually pay that much attention to them lol...i mean i don't even know if anyone else notices it. actually if they look at me enough they probably have but no one has explicitly said "hey u have curly eyelashes!" to me haha. altho i HAVE gotten other weirder comments that makes me wonder just how much i've been looked at lol

I dunno.. anyone got examples? mine are kinda curly and kinda long... I'm mixed though, Chines a bit, Laos Majority, Viet a little and barely any french like barely (my great-grandfather was french)

Almost all the Indians I know have very thick, long and curly lashes...even the guys.
Anyway, there are eyelash extensions for those who want long lashes.
Or u can perm your lashes if u want curly ones...can last up to 2 months.

I didn't get a perm...but when I was in Taiwan I got this...sticky thingy? No heat involved. it was like sticking your eyelashed to a...something. I duno. I fell asleep. But in the end I had curly lashes for 2 months. Didn't change a thing since I Never wear makeup anyways.

Same here! My Indian guy friend has the prettiest eye lashes I've ever seen.

Nah, there are disadvantages to these kinds of lashes too....I'm a medical student,and looking at the microscope sometimes sucks coz my curly eyelashes get in the way. But I like it coz I don't have to curl my lashes before I put on mascara...I think it's genetic though...
But what's the use of already-curly eyelashes if it wont make you super pretty at all?

everyone in my family has dark eyelashes but i dont. they're very light and looks like i have no lashes at all. even with mascara, it still looks light.
