Minnetonka here!! Just moved here about 6 months ago from Mankato, so don't really know anyone yet. Any good clubs/bars to go to? I've been hitting up Escape Ultra Lounge and The Lounge a lot. Heard Karma is suppose to be pretty good too!

Minneapolis and Minnesota's one of my favourite places in the US. My mom went to Bloomington High School back in the 60s as a foreign exchange student, and she lived with a local family there, 4 girls and a boy. We still keep close touch with them. I last went to Minneapolis in the summer of '99, spent the 4th of July weekend at their lakeside house near Leech Lake where we had BBQ with the neighbours; watched the fireworks and independence parade at Walker. Had a summer fling with this girl from Mankato whom I met at a wedding! Everything was very Dawson's Creek. That was a summer to remember.

You should go outside Minnesota a bit. Seeesh, here I am in Scotland telling u this! The entire family took us on this two-van tour of the sights. Went to this park that had the true source of the Mississippi, you could jump over it! went to Bemidji, took photo with the large statue of Paul Bunyan. It was quite kitsch actually, but I loved every minute of it!

humm paul bunyan..i think i seen that somewhere..lol..and yeah..i do go and walk around the mississippi river..where they had those trails..and you walk aroudn...lol..but that's about it..i never really gone anywhere..kind of makes minneapolis a sucks place to go..

^Sotland's beautiful! Some of the most majestic sights in the UK are her, all the lochs and glens are majestic. think Harry Potter. We've got Loch Ness, the haunting bagpipes, and you'll like this, we guys wear kilts here Edinburgh with its castle, royal military tattoo, end of year Hogmanay festival etc is a must-see. And we get snow. A lot. Just like Minnesota (me trying hard to not go off-topic here!)
