after having to re type this entire b!tch of a post 3 times because of my sucky ISP i am going to cheap scape it...

posting something liek this in my introduction i fealt it was fitting to post it here, in short i need your help.. runnign a server on a chat in which the owner deems the asian population of the server to smallofa minority to bother with to add Unicode text support.... i need about every one i can get to help meh out in a sort of partission.. remedy the minority issue.
