I changed one of the forum section to Non Asian Entertainment instead of books, music, movies, etc.

The forum guideline now has a number next to it like 1.03.. that way each time i add or change it, people will know.

Also I notice a lot of people didn't put anything in the location area! Go change it in your "My Controls"
