i dont know any Laotians where i live but my friend got sent to jail for 25 years because of some Lao gangsters ...
Though i khow i shouldn't be saying this because i'm new in this forum, but i personally hate most of the Cambodians i've met so far in my life ( like 20 of them ..) 
They always have this cocky and arrogant attitude towards me. They think they are smart asses but in reality, it's the Viet who are rocking the class 
2 Us Vietnamese are getting 90's while the Cambodians are in the low 60's range 2
Furthermore, they are a bunch of ungrateful jerks. I remember this one time when i was talking to a Cambodian girl on MSN. She told me how much she hated the Vietnamese. I asked her why would she hate us after what we did for the Cambodians. I mean, it's true that 1 million Vietnamese troops rushed through the border and kept the Cambodians from killing themselves right ? And then, ignoring the facts, she just kept on goin' over and over again the same kind of crap which didn't make any sense whatsoever. She also told me that it's only in theory that the Cambodians were grateful to what the Vietnamese did for them !? At that point, i got so mad that i blocked and deleted her from my contact list I don't khow where she got all that crap from but later, i found out that she's not the only Cambodian who has this hatred against the Vietnamese.
I'm not being racist but it's them who started this first !!! Don't even try to talk good things about Cambodians in front of me

Viets say they are arrogant assholes, and they go say we are too. Who's right? I think we both are. lol But I find it funny when they say Viets are greedy, backstabbers and everything else. Then they make topics about how other Khmers can't be trusted or why they gossip so much within the community and two-faced people that want to look good to each other. hahaha same thing they hate us for.
Back to topic.
Anyways it's up to the individual. But if we go by numbers then I would say Cambodians and Chinese. And thats only because we have alot of contact with one another. The more contact the more people annoy us.

South korea = Nam Triêù Tiên or Nam Hàn .
The problem is there is no official language supervisory agency. Since most of officials are dumb (really ! Hing ranked official don't even have any upper education) , they're just content with translating traight from Chinese (China is still the big brother).
