The towers were designed by a Dutch architecture company called MVRDV. They said that it was meant to be a cloud to link the two towers and that it was a coincidence that it resembles 9/11.
I have relatives who live near Manhattan and I have lived near there for a long time. I don't like the idea of having to see the skyline of Seoul ruined.
