Hello guys

recently my friend came back from Vietnam bring trā đắng for me for a little gift. Coz I was having trouble sleeping sometimes.

I tried this tea 3 times already. My god, it works soooooooooooooo fast. For these 3 nights I tried to drink it about half an hour after I drink this tea, my head feel like dizzy and really wants to go to sleep. Dam!!! it put me to sleep like a pig. sleep pretty good.

so any one in here tried this before?

if you had tried this tea, please share your experience with me.

thanks

What's really trā đắng ? Because all teas are bitter and exciting, normally theine should keep you awaken. Isn't it "khổ qua" (bitter concumber) instead ?

If the leaves are rolled up into long black sticks, then it is tra dang. It should only take 1-2 leaves to brew a cup and the color should be a bright green. That's the real deal. I've also heard it has been referred to as tra dinh (nail tea).

The bitter melon (bitter apple, balsam apple) tea is also known as bitter tea. It is brewed from the leaves of the bitter melon (kho qua).

I thought bitter tea was to help with controling blood sugar. I guess this would be another use. dntknw.gif
