I wanna know the correct way to spell "DuMaMai"~!

i think its spelled exactly like dat just wit spaces between like dis... Du Ma Mai. in tagalog (filipino) its putangina mo... and in khmer its kaduy ma vea or sumthin like dat n in spanish its chinga tu madre just in case u wanna cuss out another race. haha

Why the hell do people spell may mai? I've seen it online many times playing game, viets and non viets trying to cuss me out with mai. i told them mai was a flower, lol. illiterate vietnamese fools.

Because thats how they sound. You expect these people that don't study the language to automatically spell it "MAY"?

Mai still doesn't sound like may even in english. Mai sounds like mai in english, like "my," which is not the same as may. And if you don't study the language, don't try to cuss in with and spell it the way you want to spell it.

Thats true. But I notice 10 out of ten people who can't spell in Viet spell it "mai" for some reason. That includes Vietnamese people and other Asians and whites. Makes them look stupid esp. if they are Viet.

It's because May is misspelled Mai with the southern accent ! And since a lot of vietnamese living abroad learn vietnamese thru what they heard from the majority which speak with the southern accent, they just write down what they hear.

they spell it Mai cuz daz how it sounds just like da name Mai-Thuy in viet, its sounds like My in english. u think everybody sposed to spell it right or wut? sorry we're not FOBs like sumbody...

Read my first post my friend. I was giving Vietpunk a reason why people mispelled it. And it was the same reason you just said. And spelling correctly doesn't make you a fob. I was born and raised and never stepped foot in Vietnam. I know my basics at least.
