Its common to see anywhere in Cambodia that men wear longsleeve polos(also in common in Vietnam that men also wear longsleeve polos)and i also saw in Cambodia that women there wear hats.Almost every lady i saw in Phnom Penh were wearing hats and almost all men too wear polo longsleeves.Is this all about the Indian influence?

I wear long-sleeve polo too. I can't answer for others but my personal preference for long-sleeve polo is because the sun can really get to me. It's like wearing hat, it's cumbersome but you feel much better under the sun.
