Where? the bodyguard?

I've seen Japanese that have eyes and features like that.

Well, my niece and nephew are Japanese and they look like half white half Asian, but instead they're full Asian, just different Asian ethnicity.

Were Jomon/Ainu/Malay Caucasoid?

I have been wondering why the Japanese used their long and cumbersome bow. Why didnt they use the more powerful and compact composite horn and wooden bow that were popular throughout Eurasia?

Jomon aren't Caucasoid... they look more Australoid than they look Caucasoid... The Ainu are different they are a fusion of proto-Mongoloids with Siberians.

Japanese bows are very powerful and accurate. The asymmetric bow gives a special power curve that is easy to draw yet shoots very far. Not as good as modern compound bow, but for their times - High Tech.
