Vietnam will be the next China, but hopefully with better policies and better relationships with the world. I just hope it doesn't come too quickly. The one thing foreigners like about Vietnam is the cheap labor, cheap food, cheap living. I don't want to visit Vietnam and see a bowl of Pho for 6-7 dollars at every corner. Let's keep it at 2 dollars max!

Great, it will bring work to vietnamese people, but Vietnam should not be known in the world throught low quality products. I mean "made in Vietnam" should not replace "made in China". Vietnam had better to use japanese model (cheap but high quality products) cuz good name in the world has undoubt importance

^ everything needs steps. I am pretty sure all developed countries went through this.

Taiwan, HK, Korea, and etc. were cheap goods. Look at them now.

Can you please give some examples? Maybe some of them are true and some of them are false.

I guess we have to thank the commie-dog Ho Chi Minh for this. Remember this dog Ho Chi Minh closed down national Buddhist institutions, forbid public celebration of Buddha, and only allow public display of love for this dog's teachers from Europe and China.

Socal since you asked me so nicely. I seemly never encounter such respected Viet like you before in AF. Most are hella cocky and hot headed for no apparent reason of a doubt. lol

Anyways, I personally don't buy anything " Made in Vietnam" for a personal reason respectfully Socal. icon_smile.gif
