just want to make the announcement that over the weekend, I cooked twice in order to get the perfect Cốm Dẹp trộn dừa just like in the market beerchug.gif .
I cooked it again in Friday, it didn't turn out like the way i want, but close. Then I cooked again on Sundayỵ. On Sunday I got it perfect. It is a bit of flaky and soft. Now I am happy. I realized I don't need to add water, I just added coconut milk instead. biggrin.gif
