And something like that. Most people here can translate it, but it won't sound very professional like what you've written in your business letter.

And about your Viet program, just unistall it [from the Add/Remove Programs button]. I used to use VSPKey, and it doesn't really work great. Or you can just delete it manually if it doesn't work for yuo.

Professionally translating those few paragraphs isn't difficult, but why help a one-time poster ?

Click on the Start menu (located at the bottom left corner of your screen) then choose Settings and then select Control Panel. When the control panel window is open, select the Add/Remove Programs. Find the program which you want to un-install in the list then click on Add/Remove.

Maybe you still have the vspkeys program running when you tried to un-install it?

Yes get Unikey 3.5, you don't even need to install it and it is so small.Do a search on google and read instruction before using it or you won't get it right,as there are 3 ways of typing Vietnamese. I have used others, this one is the easiest. It won't mess your computer up as it does not install anything, just run it from any folder. Cheers
