Most Hmong people especially the elders don't believe his sons because they're too naive, too hippidy-LPDR-hugging-washed. Moving forward with the LPDR is the last thing on their minds. Can't do anything, the only thing hmong people can do legally is to learn how to fish first. But no one wealthy is willing to invest in that future so no one else can be interested. Even if they're, they don't have the resource to make a difference.
