banh xeo is so good! i love it!!!!! I think it's a very popular dish originating from vietnam. But it is hella big in Laos. I mean you can get them at the street vendors freshly made. I love it when my mom makes it but she kinda lazy so hopefully next time ill go order some at the viet restaraunt.

That looks so good! I haven't had some in a while. I like mine with a lot of bean spouts, don't mind the pork, but NO SHRIMPS...especially when it's not pealed.

I ate a few times while i was in VN, then when i got back to US, hihihihi my mom made some too, it was awesom, she used coconut with it, shrimps (not a big fan of), mushroom, pork, bean sprout, onions yum yum, but hates it when she asked me to make the sauce , then eat them with salad and herbs. boy oh boy they're good.

i hate it when the house gets smokey when you make that stuff..............at least it's sopposed to be smokey

My family wraps banh xeo and lettuce in ba'nh tra'ng...yum yum oh so good.
