Full Version: Bun Bo Hue vs. Pho/Hieu Tiu (sp?)
HAHAHHAA you viets gotta eat Bun Bo Hue once or twice in your life...RIGHT?

i perfer bun bo hue because i eat pho like every other day.
I thought I was the few who likes Bun Bo Hue more. Guess I'm not alone.

Pho is still good although it getz a little BORING...Bun Bo Hue turns up the heat, fool!
It's "hủ tiếu," and I don't like either of them.
But I would have to pick bun bo Hue, because it's Hue! And Hue is an awesome city. Hu tieu sounds Chinese, and I don't like the sound of that.

wtf daiviet. hu tieu is, for sure, different from bun bo hue. but nonetheless, a great dish too. dude, you're gonna miss a lot of good food if you disregard everything sounded chinese! forget about the sound, just dig the soup man

Bun bo Hue is so spicy and full bodied...whereas Hu tieu is bland sometimes, but I like both..yummmm doi bung qua man!!

Bun bo hue. My dad and I always order it when we go to eat at a Vietnamese place. 
Bun Bo Hue is good when it's super-spicy...it'll match the appearence.

that's true, bun bo hue is certainly full bodied in taste. don't know why but i always prefer to eat hu tieu in the morning. ối zời ơi, nhắc đến mấy thứ này làm đói thấy mẹ chẳng ngũ được các bác ạ! 2

Bun Bo Hue is way better. Nothing beats the spiciness + those banana salad or whatever.

Each of the soup has it own taste, but Bun Bo Hue has a little stronger taste which i prefer to have. Ok you guys, if your mom or anyone invited you to eat Bun Bo Hue, try this out, uses Ramin noodle ( don't know if i spell it right) or instant noodle with the soup instead of rice noodle. Use enough soup put in saparate pot, boil it, then add instant noodle in, put bean sprout in the bowl, then put the soup in, add onion, cilantro and a little bit of black pepper in, yum yum yum...

bun bo hue is good but i prefer no pig feet, and blood jello, hu tieu is awesome with the right shrimp cha, crab meat, and no blood jello I should try that. I LOVE ramen noodles. ^_^

2 pho dac biet is the best without the soft tendons 
and i hate that one soup with the duck, can't stand it! just don't like duck except for roast/bbq duck
