That igorot girl looks like a burmese tribes woman from northern burma and North Indian province of mizoram. Her skirt is the same style. The Hmar, naga, and lushai tribes of Burma and india look very similar and have the same weeving pattern and color pattern the way they make their skirts. The features are similar too. They have that traditional mongoloid look, here more pics of those igorots:
