Hanoi is located in North Vietnam and the current capital city, but when looking at Vietnam map, the location of the capital city looks unbalanced and odd. I think Da Nang is more suitable and more appearing. What do you think?
Let cheer for Da Nang the new capital city.

Why? Because Hanoi looks higher than Vientiane and Luang Prabang?

Did you even read my first post, otherwise try. It's about Balance and happiness. Saigon used to be the capital city of South Vietnam, when the country united, everyone should be treated equally.
To be fair and equal Da Nang should be chosen as the capital city, because it's located almost right between North and South.
So what do you think?

South Korea has decide to move their capital city out of Seoul . But Vietnam doesn't need to do the same because our capital of politics is not the same with our capital of economy .

Hanoi has been our capital for a thousand years. Not only does it have political significance but also cultural significance and historical significance. Danang on the other hand doesn't have any (besides economic aspect). No way we move our capital from Hanoi to Danang. You may want to try harder to move our cultural center out of the Red River Delta.

I know this dude trolls but I just wanna put in my 2 cents.
Danang is already the capital of Central Vietnam. The problem is Danang is not cultural and vietnamese enough to become the capital of Vietnam. As simple as that. Even Danangers (like me) dont want it to become the the capital of Vietnam. Added to that, Danang is located not far from the first capital of Champa, known as Indraputra. It was where the Cham civilisation began. It has the biggest Cham museum in the World. Wouldn't it be weird if the capital of Vietnam is surrounded by Cham ruins and heritages?
Anyway, Hanoi has been our capital for almost 1000 years. Not to mention, during An Duong Vuong reign, Co Loa citadel was also located in Hanoi and that was more than 2000 years ago. It is the cultural centre of Vietnam. It's located on the Red River Delta, which is where the vietnamese civilisation began.
Hanoi will be the capital of Vietnam as long as it wants.

Hà Nội means "within the rivers" because many rivers run through this city like the Red River, Đà River, Đáy River, Cầu River, Đuống River, Kim Ngân River, Tô Lịch River, so on and so on.
Before the Nguyen dynasty, it was named Thăng Long, which means "ascending dragon," which had been its name since it was first established in 1010 as the capital of Đại Việt.
