Here's mine. I think Zilin is more elegant but Bich Phuong is sexier, which means she suits Miss Universe more than Miss World.
I really doubt she wins though. She looks way too modern for Miss Vietnam. Judges don't like this.

I'm not biased. I didn't like ZZL. She looks sort of Filipino or Thai to me.Hopefully more pictures of HBP will be released to the net once she officially becomes a contestant.

The criteria is more strict too.
You have to be one with Vietnamese nationality and currently live in Vietnam (unlike other years when those who were currently residing in other countries could still compete).
No plastic surgery allowed in the competition (well it's always been like this)
Minimum height is raised 2cm more, not a lot but still
Never married, never had children
Clean record, no scandal, no criminal history
...
