we put dry shrimp, eggs, dry clam, fresh mussels and dry sea worm(i think it is worm cus i look like worm) it is really good....

i've had pho, it has no flavor and the steam from the broth makes me sweat. i don't like to sweat while eating unless eating Sichuan cai

You were probably eating at a crappy restaurant, then.

The Pho I've had here...the soup has flavor because it's not just full of MSG. They actually put in cow bones to cook the soup base. Sichuan cai is also very delicious, of course. I remember the sweat pouring down my face as I ate hotpot, "shuen lai fen," etc. in Sichuan during the summer. But I don't understand why you wouldn't mind sweating if you're eating Sichuan cai only. That just doesn't seem to make sense.

i have a small pho shop here like 1 block from my house... its one of the best pho places i've been too,, plus its one of the cheapest.. lol
the owner gives me and my friends discounts all the time.. even the first day we went there... lol maybe she does that to get us coming back every other week lol!

Gosh, i think he's the first person that i heard saying that he doens't love Pho. Mostly everyone in CA (well san jose at least) loves Pho. My teacher is korean and he is obsessed with pho. He eats it all the time. But, i think pho is kinda over-rated. Pho is not only the type of noodle soup we have. Viet people have Bun bo hue and lots more, i just can't remember the names right now. I suggest you guys go eat Bun bo hue, it's a

Yeah Bun Bo Hue in Westminster, CA is very tasty, especially at Gia Hoi Restaurant on Bolsa Ave.
