If you guys look closely, that 'wrinkle' on top of her eyes doesn't go all the way over the top of her eyes. Also, the wrinkle isn't 'deep' enough to be considered a fold so it should be considered as what it is.. a wrinkle.


Ex: of a wrinkled illusion of being double lidded.

In other words her eyes are examples of single lids wanting to fold into double but can't.

Bush on the other hand has small double lid eyes. The two are very different.

Nhu Quynh has too much fat on her eyelids. Maybe when she becomes very skinny, a crease may show clearly. Anyway, she's quite northern looking. She would stand out in a crowd of typical looking Viets.

The major difference between single & doubled eyelid is:

single eyelid people have popping eyes and thick eyelid - mostly suited or colder climate

double eyelid people have sinking eyes and thin eyelid - for warmer climate

In Japan/Korea, 65%~75% of population are single eyelids and around 30% of population have double eyelid.

the truth is all asians have a slant to their eyes, or i should say almond shape. even though there's probably a higher percentage of viets with double eyelids compared to chinese,japanese and koreans....the OVERALL look of most vietnamese ppl is still yellow and ch!nky

and its not like most vietnamese have that dark/exotic look to them. noticed how i used a GROUP PICTURE OF AVERAGE PPL?.....which is an indicator if a certain type of look is common or not in certain ethnic groups....i'm not saying MOST cambodians look this way....but then again, its not a rare look either
