I got this plam leaf hat from a Asian store. There is one piece comes with it. I have no idea how to use it. I tried and tried, I just can not figure it out. Someone please help me. Thank you.

It may look ridiculous to you & perhaps regular Thais as well, but in the old days, that traditional style of Thai headgear may served everday purposes.

Once upon a time, the Chinese men used to have a long ponytail & half shaven head, sure as heck ridiculous in this day & age, while the Borneo dayaks used to collect their enemy heads for collection.

But that was in the olden times, so it seems ridiculous to new 21st century generation.

That was Manchurian ethnic look, the pigtail and bald heads!
