I don't find this at all amusing, just because he's Cambodian. Let alone, I don't agree with his comment either but you can at least attack him in a different way, perhaps some suggestions might be, 'it is not wise to make fun, or think before you post, because sometimes, statements like that can only result in retaliation and can be negative'...etc. Because when a short sentence like 'nah he's just a Cambodian' can sometimes speaks as though Cambodian(s) has something against a Vietnamese, even though you used just 'a Cambodian' alone. This thread is not about being judgemental...it is about someone got murdered. We're all Asians...shouldn't we be uniting?

In regarding to the article, I find that rather inhumane and not right. Sadly enough, it is already disturbing to see innocent people get beheaded but this, it is just not right, not right at all.
