It's about a few hundred dollars per month. If you are good, you can make about $100 per week.

Continue to learn and read throughout your life. Education does not stop after you get the degree.

worker (from high school): 1,5 ----------million per month
worker (from college): 3-4
teacher at high school: 2
at university : 2-3
doctor : 3-5
nurse : 1,5
engineer: >3

your salary depends on where you work
If you live in Saigon, Hanoi, DaNang, Haiphong, CanTho, 3 million per month is enough
elsewhere, if you earn >3 m per month you are a rich man.

it's about right, that's the salary from main job, most Vietnamese have extra income from a second job though. Like teachers, they earn more money from dạy thêm than their school salary.

Also in some job like engineer or architect, people have extra from their projects

Uncles owned the coalmining operation.
But right now, they are cleaning up illegal coal to make it reduce pollution in Vinh Ha Long City

It is said to be, but the communist regime only reaches social issues nowadays, financially not.
