I went to a Vietnamese resturant the other day, and i ate a soup which i cannot remember the name of. But the ingredients was beef, noudle, beanspout and it had some green herb like thing ontop. I just wonder what that herb is... Im sry I lack almost ALL relevant info. on what this might be ^^

Both smell and tast was very special, never tried anything like it. I asked the waiter but he only knew the Vietnamese name. Anyway, the herb was very rich in taste.
