That symbol is all over japan. Though the group you mentioned is probably just a ultra nationalist group. I can't be sure with such little information.

Yeah, that the symbol I'm talking about. All black vehicle, usually a van or bus with that symbol and some kanji's on it if I remember corretly, oh yeah they play some kind of music. Sounds like old Japanese songs. I used to see them everywhere over here but haven't in awhile.
So what are they all about.
