Well some people say it has being 2700 years start from the first Hung Vuong. But some people say we Started from 5000years ago from that 100eggs tales. So lets have a discussion on this issue. When was Vietnamese created?

Legendary Viet history started c.a. 2875 B.C.

First recorded history started c.a. 221 B.C. or earlier.

First true independence in 938 A.D.

First true Viet history written by Vietnamese was during the Tran dynasty, written by Chu Van An, c.a. late 1200s.

Asia's first Military Acedemy was founded in Thang Long (Hanoi) in 1100s; by 1200s, it produced Tran Hung Dao (who graduated from the Acedemy).

Asia's second National University was also founded in Thang Long in 1100s during the Ly dynasty. Many of our greatest scholars graduated from there, as well as proffessors who taught there.
