Convair F-102 Delta Dagger

The F-102 was shot down by a NV MIG while it never claimed a Mig-kill through out the Vietnam War. It has the highest lifetime accident rate compare to other aircraft. It was a failure.
The F-4 Phantom is the dominant aircraft during the Vietnam War.

Don't know so much about American F-102 Delta Dagger, but i do know many countries like Vietnam are still using variant of MiGs with foreign upgrade. MiG's parts are cheap to replace, and are also easy to maintain. I hear that even dough the MiG-21 are an old aircraft, still with the proper upgrade it can be still put up a good dogfight with newer generation of aircraft!
