I've never heard of it, and never seen one.
There aren't a lot of Viet wannabe thugs, it's just happen that there are in some areas gangs tend to form and most of these gangs are 1st-2nd generation, the same can implied to Chinese, Cambodians, Koreans etc.

There is nothing wrong with recognizing the good stuff of other nations. It doesn’t make you a wannabe.
So tell me, A lot of Asia country eat Vietnamese foods as well as Black people and White people as well. Does that make them wannabe?
