My niece is half Korean and half Cambodian. Not all Korean are bad. They actually make a good mix with us.

And the authorities were thinking of sending them back. Where's the sympathy that Khmer should have for other refugees? We even try and send the Montangards back to Vietnam.

Are you talking about North Korea or South Korea? As for the last time South Korea is fully capable to defend itself from North Korea, we don't even need a back up from the US military, the US only has troops in Korea because that helps stabalize our economy. We can much less need Cambodia. And don't even think of arguing with me on that fact, I ran/read through enough Korean War scenarios both online and in my Military College to know how things will turn out.

If you're talking about North Korea, they can't help you. North Korea doesn't have the force projection to set up a significant military in SE asia.

ive always felt the closest to koreans and most of my friends in college were koreans. because our countries have similar histories of oppression and bouts of communism.. some of the stuff korea had to endure under the japanese was messed up.. its amazing that s. korea flourished into the country it is today.. i think cambodia has a lot to learn from s. korea.. although they did have the US on their side.
