anyone who is raising Ga Noi in USA ?

is Ga Noi like Chim Cut ???

In Australia we call Chim Cut "Quail" ... a small bird but does not fly very well, they live mostly on the ground. Tastes yummy with lemon & salt.

We cannot buy "live" in market, but only packaged in supermarket. Still better than frozen.

no no no , GaNoi is not Chim Cut (Quail) . Ganoi is a viet term that indicates a specific type of chickens. In this case, GaNoi = a Large chicken that is raised for illegal purposes.
