We want the US back to what it was before 2000, where the US $1 = 1.3 Euro, where Americans have excess cashes to spend. We want to have a balance budget in government spending during Clinton's term instead of a deficit by the end of 2008. So what we need is OBAMA.
By giving a tax break on the lower class, that would stimulate the economy by encouraging the poorer to spend and put more money into the market. That's where all the money come from.

I don't know how you find McCain's speech inspiration, he stuttered and didn't responded well to the debates against Obama. Especially, we wouldn't want Palin to be VP with no international diplomat experience.

They bought them, make faked documents lying that they were their relatives or adopted childrens so they could get into the U.S. After they arrived in the U.S., of course they would part... Sure there are a few families that didn't discard their con lai kids, but these were a rarity. the thing about the majority of the shady situations with the Con Lai are that the discarded ones had no where to go. They were promised a place to live and stay. They were usually homeless on the streets of Saigon where they entered these agreements for something better. And these families are usually VNCH families that used and discarded them.

But I have never heard any Con Lai complain that they were mistreated by the VNCH people or the non-VC people. Before the Con Lai program started, they just didn't care about the Con Lais much (not care doesn't equal mistreat). It was the communist regime that mistreated them badly. No school for them. Even VNCH children were not allowed to be in college.
