Damn the singers are as old as my grandmas and grandpas. U see same faces in every music video over and over and over. Tons of gay dudes with less than 5'5" sing like nobody's watching. There are some young chicks and they look okay but damn they dont know how to sing. They are just so damn boring.

I'm sure there must be some young, beautiful, talented individuals out there. But I just dont see that they get promoted.

Vietnamese music in the US needs a revolution big time. what you think?

That's why I'm glad I don't follow Vietnamese pop. I prefer classical Vietnamese instruments. My mom listens to Vietnamese music oldies performed by singers before the end fo the war.

Well if everyone leave then who will be left? Check carefully, there are lots of new one. And Besdie, no matter how long Minh Tuyet has being in the Music Galaxy, she is still the best, in terms of looks and singing.

I dont know if its the language but Vietnamese sounds awful with pop hits adapted from HK/Japanese original music.

Well Minh Tuyet is shorter than a vietnamese normal girls. Her face (in real life) looks nothing like in the Video except her upper lip.

I would regret the rest of my life if I ever slept with her. You know I do that a lot when i get drunk.

Definately. anything after that is garbage with no real emotion in it. The old songs makes my soul fly and hair rise just listening to it.

Basically music from all over Asia (with the exception of Korean and Japanese) needs an overhaul.. lol..

We need Vietnamese Tupac.

I don't blame you because some of you don't understand Vietnamese. You cannot enjoy the music if you don't understand the language. But I like Bang Kieu, Thu Phuong, Lam Truong, Thuy Tien, Hong Nhung, Ho Le Thu...etc. Those were once VN best singers. They defected to US because VN gov't have repressed music industry. They are now living in Southern California & making lots of money. Beside working for Thuy Nga Entertainment, they would perform in night clubs and casinos.

minh tuyet is ugly as hell, i think your thoughts on whos good looking needs a revolution lol..she can sing, but shes hella ugly.

man we definitely need a revolution in music for vietnamese overseas and in vietnam...
we need something we can dance too and songs that people sing with feeling, like if its hip hop you feel all bump bump pumped up and shiet... and slow songs you feel sad and stuff.. vietnamese songs is just her voice is good his voice is good, its all about the voice for vietnamese people. i guess because we sing lots of cai luong, and its usually the strenth of the voice.. it sucks like hell all they do is yell and stuff...

you dont get the FEELING when you listen to the songs, except the older ones yea(but they just sad songsand war songs). but man now its A NEW CENTURY we need some new styles a BIG TIME REVOLUTION in vietnamese music, things that we can turn up and have fun at parties and dance to, like korean and japanese music, it gives you the feeling, like x japan, or baby vox or hyori lee, makes you wanna dance and pumped up, and wanna go crazy, we need stuff like taht not some voice songs where you can only say the voice is good and shiet, thats just ghetto, we need a huge revolution in the music industry... Its like they mixing pop music with opera and cai luong music, yell freaking loud and stuff, gots to make the songs flow you know... and good lyrics to it also... FLOWY WITH GOOD LYRICS AND MELODY.
